Mark Sanders, Chief Executive
Officer |

Mr.
Sanders has overseen the development of the first ever Industry
Exchange for the beverage alcohol trade, and is responsible
for the execution of key sales, marketing and technology initiatives.
Prior to joining BevAccess, Mr. Sanders was Senior Director
and Chief Technologist for Merrill Lynch. During his seven-year
tenure at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Sanders was responsible for the
management and operations of voice, data and networked systems
for the Merrill Lynch user community within the United States.
He has over 20 years of executive level management experience
specializing in businesses leveraging distributed systems architecture
and design. Mr. Sanders has applied experience in global trading,
retail brokerage, defense industry and associated disaster recovery
systems.
Mr. Sanders holds a B.S.E.E. from South Western University and
an Executive MBA in finance and management from Dowling College.

| Greg Ahnert, Founder |

Mr.
Ahnert began his career in beverage management as Executive
Project Manager for Carmel Valley Ranch, a division of Grand
Bay Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Ahnert developed beverage procurement
programs throughout the resort's five diverse food and beverage
outlets, and was responsible for staff training on high-end
beverage service. In an effort to streamline the purchasing
process for beverage alcohol buyers, Mr. Ahnert founded BevAccess
in 1997.
His understanding of buy-side management, and the opportunity
to improve daily operations through technology applications
guided him in defining the core functionality of the BevAccess
Industry Exchange. Mr. Ahnert is nationally recognized for his
contributions to the food and beverage industry, and has been
featured on Bloomberg Television ABC's "Business Now," and CNN-FN.
Mr. Ahnert earned a B.A. from Cornell University's School of
Hotel Administration.

| William G. Slone, Vice Chairman,
President |

Mr.
Slone has been President of Beverage Media Group since 1988.
He joined the company as a Vice President in 1965. Beverage
Media Group has been in Mr. Slone's family since 1936, and has
served the beverage alcohol trade by communicating pertinent
industry news, and distributor brand and price information to
beverage alcohol licensees. During his tenure, in addition to
owning and operating Beverage Media in New York, Mr. Slone has
acquired New Jersey Beverage Journal and Southern Beverage Journal.
In addition to his duties as publisher of the aforementioned
publications, Mr. Slone also serves as National Director of
The Beverage Network.
Mr. Slone serves on the Board of Directors for the beverage
alcohol industry's Sky Ranch Foundation, and has been honored
by the National Conference of Christians and Jews, and the United
Jewish Appeal.
Mr. Slone has a degree in marketing from American University
in Washington DC.

| Todd Berlent, Chief Technology

As
the Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Berlent is responsible for
planning and designing the BevAccess Industry Exchange for the
beverage alcohol trade as well as the execution of key strategic
alliances with technology partners. Mr. Berlent has over 10
years of technical experience in database design, network architecture,
project management and systems integration. He has applied his
extensive experience creating exchanges for other industries
to the design and development of the BevAccess Industry Exchange.
Prior to joining BevAccess, Mr. Berlent worked for Deutsche
Bank, where he was a Director in the Fixed Income Electronic
Trading group. While at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Berlent helped create
Autobahn, the firm's electronic exchange for trading U.S. Treasuries,
Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) and German Government Bonds.
During his three years at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Berlent increased
transaction volume on Autobahn to over $1 billion per day and
integrated the bank's proprietary technology with Trade Web,
a global bond exchange. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Berlent
worked for Jacobson Capital Partners (JCP); a New York based
hedge fund. At JCP, Mr. Berlent was responsible for all trading
floor technology and designed and built several proprietary-trading
applications.
Mr. Berlent holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University
of Michigan.

| Mike Roth, President of EDC & Senior VP of Sales |

Mr. Roth has been President of Electronic Distribution Corporation (EDC) since 1989. Under his direction, EDC has emerged as the leading pricing data aggregator and publisher for the beverage alcohol trade. EDC performs database coding and typesetting for beverage journals in 18 national markets and produces over 3,000 pages of price listings per month. In addition, EDC generates electronic data for retailers, wholesalers, and suppliers and maintains a directory of over 55,000 wine, liquor and beer items. Prior to EDC, Mr. Roth was employed by IBM for 15 years.
Mr. Roth holds a B.S. degree from SUNY Cortland.

| Jason Glasser, Chief Financial Officer |

In
his current role as VP of Finance for BevAccess, Mr. Glasser
oversees the financial operation of the Company. Previous to
the merger with BevAccess, Mr. Glasser was the VP and CFO for
Beverage Media. In this capacity, he was responsible for virtually
all financial and operational aspects of Beverage Media, a New
York beverage alcohol trade magazine, Gem Publishers, Inc.,
parent for New Jersey Beverage Journal, and S.B.J. Publishing,
Inc., parent for Southern Beverage Journal (representing FL,
GA, LA, MO, SC, TN, and TX). Prior to Beverage Media, he served
three years as senior analyst in the financial reporting department
of Time Warner and three years as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick.
Mr. Glasser, a CPA, received his BBA from Emory University and
his MBA from Fordham University.

| Helen Gregory, Vice President

Helen
Gregory joined BevAccess in June 1999 from premium wine importer
Kobrand Corporation, where she directed consumer and trade marketing
for lead French import Maison Louis Jadot. In her six years
of beverage marketing, Ms. Gregory has also cultivated close
ties to Chile and Spain. At Kobrand she authored the U.S. brand
strategy for Viņa Undurraga, and developed a marketing plan
for Domaine Paul Bruno, a Chilean partnership between Bordeaux
winemakers Paul Pontallier (Chateau Margaux) and Bruno Prats
(Cos d'Estournel). Prior to Kobrand, Ms. Gregory worked for
Wines from Spain, a trade organization funded by the Spanish
government, where her leadership of national sales promotion
and marketing helped fuel discovery of Spanish wines. Ms. Gregory
was a financial analyst for three years, most recently in energy
and syndications at Chemical Bank, before realizing her dream
to work in the wine and spirits industry.
A graduate of Princeton University with a B.S. in Politics,
Ms. Gregory is fluent in French, Italian and Spanish. Following
Princeton, Ms. Gregory was selected to participate in the prestigious
Ecole Polytechnique's Fellowship Program in France. Ecole Polytechnique
is known as France's top engineering and business school.
