What happens to my salesperson if I order with BevNetwork?
BevNetwork is the wholesaler salesforce e-commerce tool of choice.
The wholesaler salesperson uses BevNetwork to enhance the client relationship while improving sales and reducing the time to order. A registered BevNetwork salesperson can also place orders
on behalf of his/her accounts while collecting commissions on all orders placed. In addition, the salesperson can be notified via e-mail or pager of all orders placed directly by the account.

Is my information safe?
Yes, your information is safe. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online information. SSL technology
encrypts your personal information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than BevNetwork. Whenever you send personal information to BevNetwork, your computer communicates with our server in this secure mode, encrypting
your account information, username, password, and any other sensitive data into a mode readable only by BevNetwork's computers network.
Why don't you see the "padlock icon" in your browser?
The reason the padlock icon provided on your browser may not appear locked (symbolizing an encrypted session) is because our website uses multiple frames
to display information on your computer. The navigation bar across the top of your screen is one frame; the shopping cart region at the bottom of your screen is another frame; the middle region on your screen is a third, separate
frame. Frames that display general information about the site, such as the navigation bar, are not encrypted. However, any screen displaying or requesting information about your account, username, password, and any other sensitive
information is encrypted.

Can I change my user profile?
Yes, you can change your user profile on your own.
1. Click your user name in the Shopping Cart Toolbar. This is the yellow text on the blue bar at the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.
2. Enter values in the Site User Profile Editor section, and then click Finish. Your user profile is automatically updated.

Yes, you can change your user name and password on your own.

What is .pdf format and how can I view these files?
This format is Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). These documents need certain software, such as
Adobe Acrobat or the free Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to be viewed. The free reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website if you don't currently have
it installed on your computer.
